HRPP Manual Section 6-9

Special Considerations

Special considerations have been identified that should be taken into account by the Institutional Review Board, when applicable. These special considerations do not apply to all research activities. For example, not all research will be conducted at multiple research sites. When a proposed research activity involves one of these special considerations, the applicable policies and procedures should be followed.

For policies and procedures on these special considerations, see the following sections of the Human Research Protection Program Manual:

6-9-A       Student Classroom Research
6-9-B       Graduate Student Research
6-9-C       Community Based Research
6-9-E       Emergency Research
6-9-F       Multiple Site Research

This policy and procedure supersedes those previously drafted.
