Update to HRPP Manual 10-1, Conflict of Interest

HRPP Manual Section 10-1, Conflict of Interest has been updated. 

Included is a summary of the changes:

• Removed language related to competitors
• Updated language to Office of Conflict Disclosures and Management (OCDM)
• Revised some language for clarity
• Updated Office of Regulatory Affairs to Office of Research Regulatory Support
