Post Approval

There are continuing requirements after a project has received MSU IRB approval or has been issued an exempt determination from the HRPP, or received acknowledgement from the MSU HRPP of reliance upon another IRB.

Examples of continuing requirements include:

• Modifications
• Continuing review
• Reportable events
• Closure
• Record retention
• Site visits
