Explanation of GCP Training Previously Completed

Demonstrate that you have attained the fundamental knowledge of clinical trial quality standards for designing, conducting, recording and reporting trials that involve human research participants through a formal course, academic class, or or certification from a recognized clinical research professional organization.

Email Documentation of Training

Attach documentation that includes the name of course, date completed, and the provider of the training to hrl@msu.edu. I confirm that the GCP training certificate has or will be emailed to hrl@msu.edu
